Our promise
Cash on Delivery shopping, explained honestly. We want you to love what you order — and we make it easy to fix it if you don't.
Always inspect your parcel with the courier before accepting it. Cash on Delivery means you pay only when it arrives — if the packaging is damaged or the seal looks tampered, refuse the parcel on the spot and note the reason with the courier.
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order id and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or an exchange.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags. Delivery charges for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility unless the first delivery was faulty.
We do not offer cash refunds on COD orders — COD orders are exchange-only (voucher or size/style exchange). If an item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will arrange a credit note or alternative piece.
All exchanges, returns and complaints run through our WhatsApp — this keeps a written record so nothing gets lost. Please do not send items back without confirming with us first.
