Our promise
What Jogi by Sana Jahangir knows about you, what we use it for — and what we never do. Written in plain English, not legalese.
To deliver a Cash on Delivery order we need your name, phone number and delivery address — the same details a courier needs to reach you. When you chat with us on WhatsApp (order confirmation, exchanges, questions), we keep that conversation so nothing gets lost. Like most stores, our site also uses Meta and TikTok advertising pixels that collect limited, aggregate browsing data so our ads can reach the right people.
Your details are used to prepare your order, confirm it with you on WhatsApp, arrange courier delivery, handle exchanges, and protect the business from COD fraud (for example flagging repeat or cancelled numbers). Aggregated analytics help us understand which pieces customers love so we can improve the store.
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not store card numbers — Cash on Delivery means no online payment is ever processed. We do not send marketing spam; WhatsApp messages are about your order, or an occasional update you can stop anytime.
Our store uses Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel (loaded only when those advertising accounts are configured) to measure purchases and show Jogi ads on social platforms. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use the ad-privacy settings inside Meta and TikTok, without losing access to the store.
Only the courier (TCS / Trax) receives your name, phone and address — and only to deliver your parcel. Our hosting and analytics providers (Supabase, Meta, TikTok) process data under their own terms, which you can read on their websites.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will correct or delete it where we reasonably can. Send the request on WhatsApp or by email — we reply during working hours.
